Below you can see recent arrival and departure times for Bangkok Airways flights to and from Trat Airport and check how often they have been on time or delayed recently.

Any long delays will be usually be due to bad weather during the low season.   But also note that during the low season, the airline often cancels one of the flights in each direction, usually PG301 and PG302.

The flight status below is updated in real time.  It appears that there are a lot of flights between Bangkok and Trat but these are all codeshares with the Bangkok Airways flights.  The other airlines that you see, for example, Eva, Etihad, Emirates, KLM etc don’t fly to Trat themselves. 🙂

We have booked a flight from Bangkok to Trat for January 1 2025. Scheduled arrival time 17.15. Will we be able to get to Koh Chang the same evening? The only transport options I can find online, are two times, and the last one is at 17.15, same time as the flight arrives? Which is making me worried that we will be stuck in Trat overnight?

You wont have any problem getting to Koh Chang the same evening. The minibus services run for passengers on Bangkok Airways flights. So they won’t leave without any passengers, that wouldn’t be good business 🙂

Good morning. What time do you have to be at the airport for a 2:10 p.m. takeoff? Will there be a meal distributed on the plane? THANKS

You should be at the airport 90 minutes before departure. There’s a simple meal served on the flights between Trat and Bangkok.

Flight PG305 operates daily in February.
If you don’t see it when you are trying to buy tickets, it’s because it is already full.

Officially two hours but in reality you will be fine if you check in an hour before departure. There won’t be many passengers on flights in late September.
